You get a code
Every founder has one. It is short, and drawn from an alphabet with no O, no 0, no I and no 1 — because people read these off one phone and type them into another.

They use it when they ask for access
It rides along with their request. If they leave it out and mention it later, it is kept rather than lost — losing a referral because somebody reloaded a form is a conversation nobody can reconstruct.

Nothing is paid for the sign-up itself
Deliberately. A bounty on registrations buys registrations, which is not the same thing as founders — and it is what turns a referral programme into spam.

You earn ten percent of every recharge
When they top up their balance, you earn a share of that payment. Not of each small change they make: one recharge, one legible line, an amount you recognise.

You spend it or ask for it
It offsets your own bill first — that is what most people want it for — and what is left after your bill can be asked for in cash.
Three things we do not do with your money
No rupees-as-decimals
Every amount is held as a whole number of paise. A rupee in a decimal loses a paisa somewhere between a credit and a withdrawal and nobody can ever say where.
No pretend payment rail
A payout is a request, an admin decision and a human transfer. We hold no bank credentials and will not imply otherwise.
Paid once per recharge
A payment gateway will cheerfully deliver the same success twice. The ledger refuses a second share for the same recharge, so it cannot pay you twice and cannot pay you nothing.
What we ask of you
Refer people you would actually recommend this to. A business with customers, a real need for a website or an app, and no developer.
Do not spam. A referral that arrives from a stranger who was messaged in bulk is worth nothing to us and it is not what this exists for — and the person you sent still has to pass the founder test on their own.
Your earnings depend on them building, not on them signing up. Nothing is paid for a registration. That is the honest incentive: you earn when the person you introduced finds this useful enough to put money in, which means sending it to people it will actually suit.
Point them at the founder test first. It is free, it is not a barrier, and somebody who has taken it arrives knowing what they are getting — which is the difference between a founder who recharges and one who drifts away in week three.
