What it costs you
You start with 300 free sparks, which is about forty changes — enough to get the whole first version standing and then some. After that a change is usually 3 to 8 sparks, or three to eight rupees, and you are shown the likely cost before it runs.
There is no monthly fee and no charge for having the account. Connecting a domain you already own is free, certificate included.

The bits that need something from you
Before it can be built. Anything that stores patient records or reports needs a proper conversation first, not a chat message. The builder will not quietly build a records system.
What this does not do. This is not a hospital management or records system, and we will say so rather than approximate one. Appointment requests are enquiries, not a synced diary.
